Extraatje dat ik echt MOET delen

Deze MOET ik ook nog even delen. Via Pinterest kom ik op allerlei interessante websites. Er gaat echt weer een nieuwe digitale wereld voor je open. Zo ben ik ook terecht gekomen op La Tartine Gourmande. Op de eerste pagina kom ik meteen beelden als deze tegen. En ik kan je verzekeren, dan heb je mijn aandacht! Mooie producten, fijne foodstyling en prachtige fotografie. Dat kan ik je beloven bij een bezoekje aan de site van Béa, een Francaise die in Boston woont. En haar kookboek (wat nog uit moet komen) staat op mijn wish list.
I just HAVE to share this site with you. Being on Pinterest introduces you to new sites that you normally probably would never find. That is how I found La Tartine Gourmande. On the first page I came across images like these. And I can only say, this is how you grap my attention! Amazing products, beautiful styling and great photography, that is what I can promiss you when you visit the site of Béa. A French expatriate living in Boston with her husband and daughter. She also has a cookbook that's on presale now. This will be on my wish list for sure!

Weer geweldige verpakkingen

Deze verpakkingen voor ICA supermarket waren wat mij betreft terecht genomineerd voor een Epica award, alleen jammer dat ze niet verder dan brons kwamen. De illustraties zijn van Klas Fahlén. Dat mis ik wel in onze Nederlandse supermarkten, verpakkingen waar je meteen vrolijk van wordt. Ik ben er ook van overtuigd dat we hier echt wel klaar voor zijn. 

This food packaging are beautiful and inspiring and deserved the nomination for an Epica award. Too bad they only got bronze. It is designed by Klas Fahlén for ICA supermarket. I love beautiful packaging and the fact that we don't have that in the Netherlands is a great loss. I'm sure we're ready for it large food companies! 

Food friends

Via via kwam ik terecht op de site van Carl Kleiner. Eigenlijk voor totaal iets anders maar ik werd verwelkomd door deze voedsel vriendjes. Carl maakt deze voor Cafe M. Hij staat nu bij mijn favorieten en ik ga hem zeker vaker bezoeken.


Following links I came across the website of Carl Kleiner. I was looking for something else but immediately was surprised by the little Food friends. Carl made these for Cafe M. He is now one of my favourites and I will surely visit his site more often.

Ik ben groot fan van de styling van het Deense merk RICE. Je wordt er zo vrolijk van. Wie zou eraan denken om twee kleine kreeftjes te voorzien van een servet shawl.... Ook de etagière met sushi ziet er te gezellig uit. Lekker kleurrijk, sfeervol en zomers. En niet te zwaar op de maag. Ik kan er bijna mee aan de slag.

I am a huge fan of the image styling done by RICE. It always puts a smile on my face. As these little shrimp with scarves and the plates filled with sushi. So colourful, cosy and summery. And not high in calories... So I'm game!
