Mooie basics met mogelijkheden

Met zo'n naturel interieur als hier gefotografeerd door Pernille Kaalund is het niet moeilijk om met alle woon hypes mee te gaan. Die voeg je als vrolijke accessoires gewoon toe. Zoals hier met de driehoeksvormen in de vlaggetjes en de kussens op de stoelen. En het zijn grote raampartijen tussen kamers zoals op de linker foto die me erg blij maken. Licht doorlatend en ruimtelijk!
With an interior as photographed here by Pernille Kaalund in such a basic style you can easily add accessories to keep up with todays trends. Like here with a splash of colour in the bunting and the pillows on the chairs. And the big windows indoors like in the left picture always make me happy. The light keeps going from room to room and it makes a home look more spacious.

Envy and curious

Bij dit huis van Norm Architect wordt ik zowel jaloers als heel nieuwsgierig. Want in wat voor geweldige omgeving staat dit strak vormgegeven naturel huis. Die raampartij bij de eetkamer ziet er super uit. En de reflexie in het glas en doorkijk ramen bij de keuken doen vermoeden dat het een een groene, boomrijke omgeving staat. Als ik er zou wonen zou ik het waarschijnlijk al snel vol hebben met ABC fisher price letters op de ijskast, kleurrijke posters op de muur, bloemen op de tafel en comfortabele kussens in de bank. Maar dat hebben de bewoners wellicht inmiddels ook wel gedaan.

Looking at this house by Norm Architect I feel both envy and curiosity. The reflections in the window of the dining room and the see through window in the kitchen indicate that this amazing designed house must be located in a green natural surrounding. Most likely, if I would live here, the fridge would have magnets and Fischer price ABC all over it, the walls would be covered in colorful posters and the sofa would have comfy cushions. Maybe the residents have done the same by now.

Naar hartelust veranderen

Weer een fijn blog wat goed laat zien dat je interieur veranderen niet altijd hoeft te betekenen dat je allemaal nieuwe meubels hoeft te kopen. In dit geval zijn wat kleine aanpassingen en wat kleurrijke spuitbussen voldoende. Leuk om te zien hoe de stoelen en lampen keer op keer van kleur veranderen. Zowel de TOLIX als de TRIP TRAP.Here's another great blog showing that you don't have to buy all this new furniture to change your room. Licht, ruim en sfeervol

Weer een heerlijk licht, ruim huis waarbij je ziet dat met een lichte basis de kleuraccenten en design elementen extra goed tot z'n recht komen. Een huis waarin niet iedere milimeter benut is. Men durft ook een grote ruimte met slechts enkele meubels in te richten. Geef een klein kind hier een driewieler en hij of zij heeft een paradijs. Er zijn ook geweldig leuke kinderkamers. Deze vind je terug op ons Lille Lykke KIDS blog. 
Another beautiful, light and spacious home. Showing that a crisp white base is the key to bring out our colour accessories and design furniture. What I love about this home is that they aren't afraight to not overfill a room with furniture. They just put in what is needed and leave the rest as open space. Give a toddler a tricycle and they'll have a great playroom. There are also some great kids room that we've put up on our Lille Lykke KIDS blog.

The sun shines in this house

Speciaal voor mijn jarige zus in Australië een zonnig zomers blogje. 

Zij zitten nu tenslotte in de 30+ temperaturen.

Een heerlijk wit en licht interieur als canvas voor deze mooie design stoelen en prachtige tafel.

A great white and light interior as a canvas for these design chairs and the amazing table.

Geen grote keuken maar wel optisch door wederom wit te gebruiken. En praktisch met veel werkblad en fijne planken voor kookboeken en mooie spullen.

Not a very big kitchen but it seems bigger by using a lot of white. And with the work surface and the shelves it makes a very practical kitchen with space to store your beauties.

Heerlijke die roze accentkleuren in de poster, bloem en het boek. En ook het getinte glas in de witte deur brengt net dat beetje kleur.

Love the fuchsia colour details in the poster, flower and book. And the coloured glass in the white door also brings just enough colour into the room.

Licht en robuust

Dat licht en robuust best wel samen kunnen gaan laat deze keuken van BoligPluss zien. Nostalgische kastjes in fris wit, een fijne witte houten vloer en een lekkere stoere zware tafel met aluminium stoelen. Zelf ben ik ook altijd groot fan van indoor ramen en doorkijkjes zoals achter de bank aan de eettafel.

Heerlijk licht, ruimtelijk en gezellig

Waar te beginnen bij zo'n mooie foto's. Bij de bron. Gevonden op de site Choice Stockholm van fotografe Helen Pé, een foto agentschap in Stockholm. Het lichte van de kamer, de wandplankjes met mooie prints en prenten, de strakke naturel stoelen (van Artek), de enorme boekenwand, en de grote lamp.... Ik vind het allemaal mooi!
Where do I begin with images like this? At the source. Found on the website of Choice Stockholm by Photographer Helen Pé, a photo agency in Stockholm. I love the light in the room, the shelves holding beautiful prints and other artwork, the pretty natural wooden chairs (by Artek), the enormous wall of books and the out of proportion big lamp. I love it all! 

Leuke ideeën

Een afbeelding vol frisse leuke ideeën. Zo is een houten tak waar je een sier gordijn aan hangt natuurlijk super, ook het retro behang in de kast is heel speels, de kast hangend aan de muur vind ik top omdat dit veel ruimte geeft, en de zwarte details die mooi afsteken tegen het wit met pastel interieur. 
A great image filled with inspirations. Like the branch used to hold the curtain, the retro wallpaper in the cabinet, the cabinet hanging on the wall to keep your floorspace clear (creates more space) and the dark details that combine well with the whites and pastel colours used.

Kleur en transparantie is heel mooi gecombineerd in deze eethoek. De schilderijen knallen van de hagelwitte muur en de stoelen staan natuurlijk geweldig bij zo'n robuuste eettafel. Het geheel krijg een kunst uitstraling. Zeker als er ook een paar mooie objecten op tafel gezet zijn zoals deze keramiek stukken en de kandelaar van By Lassen.

Colour and transparanty are beautifully combined in this dining area. The paintings really make a huge contrast with the whiter than white wall. And with these dining chairs next to a large wooden table the total more or less looks like art. Specially if you have some beautiful object on the table as these ceramics and candlestand from By Lassen.

A splash of colour

Wil je kleur en sfeer in huis aanbrengen en ben je ook gek op creatief bezig zijn. Dan haal je vast inspiratie uit dit beeld. Gekleurde Eames en Arne Jacobsen stoelen, een Kartell Fly hanglamp (deze vind je ook veel op marktplaats) én een eettafel die opgeleukt is met strookjes behang. Voor printen zoals op de boekenkast zou ik zelf op zoek gaan bij Etsy of Epla.

Kunst in de eetkamer

Door de stoelen in deze eethoek is het al een vrolijke en kleurrijke boel, maar de kunst op het randje boven de raampartij maakt het helemaal af. Door zo'n rand waar de lijsten op rusten is het makkelijk om kunst af te wisselen. Dit huis uit Boligmagasinet laat ons nog veel meer moois zien. Daar meer over morgen....


The chairs in this diningroom setting create a feel of brightness. Which is completed by the artpieces on the ridge over the windows. Because the frames are standing on this ridge it is easier to make new and exciting combinations. There's more beauty in this house from Bolig Magasinet that will follow tomorrow...

Op het blog van House Doctor lees je over van alles en nog wat. Maar soms zie je ook interessante previews van de nieuwe collectie. Zoals bijvoorbeeld deze banners. En ook de stoelen zijn ontzettend leuk! Laat de catalogus maar komen....

On the House Doctor blog you can read about all sorts of things. This time I've spotted a preview for the new collection. Very nice banners for the wall and I also love the chairs. I'm ready for the new catalogue and a wow effect....

Gezellige eethoek

Zoals vaker aangegeven hou ik wel van een beetje humor in een interieur. Zo ook met dit grijs/wit bibliotheek behang. Zeker gecombineerd met de strakke vormen van de tafel, stoelen en lampen en de zachte tegenhanger van het kleed en de plaid geeft het een mooi geheel. Hele mooie tafel trouwens!

As often said I like a bit of humor in an interior. As with this Hus & Hem libraby wallpaper. I love how they've combined it with the clean lines of the table, chairs and lamps. The rug and plaid bring some softness to the total. And I really LOVE the table!

Mini museum

Geen lambrisering maar wel een oog aangename onderbreking van een kale muur, zo zou je deze smalle plankjes kunnen noemen. Mini museum... zou ook een benaming kunnen zijn. In ieder geval heb je met zo'n rand voldoende ruimte om je mooiste spulletjes uit te stallen, zonder daar uitsluitend je vensterbank of schouw voor te gebruiken. Wederom een geweldig Hus & Hem idee.

Lot's to show but a bit hesitant for clutter. Create a small shelve halfway up the wall as shown in this Hus & Hem interior. It gives you enough space to flaunt your precious items and keeps table, fireplace and window shelves nice and empty. It looks just like a mini museum.
